they were 5 min in the house to place a sofa in another place! And they can't place it and they collected all the money instead of adjusting the rate

They were personable and patient with my requests to move my furniture around the house. Mike and Andy were polite and easy to work with

One helper was late. He did stay longer to make up. They loaded quickly but not effectively. Had a lot of wasted space and we had to repack most of it. The customer service from the guys was great.

Jonathan and his crew were extremely nice. It felt good to have firefighters move me. Awesome idea, you guys rock!"
